My Chiropractic Journey: From Healing to Inspiring Others to Live Their Best Life!
Growing up in Florida, movement was a way of life for me. I spent 16 years training in ballet and played soccer throughout middle and high school. Whether I was on the stage or the soccer field, I loved being active, challenging myself, and learning the value of discipline, dedication, and caring for my body.
At the same time, I discovered another passion: working with children. Before becoming a chiropractor, I spent time as a daycare teacher, where I had the opportunity to support and encourage kids during some of their most important developmental years. Those experiences helped shape my belief that health, confidence, and support can make a tremendous difference in a child’s life.
My path to chiropractic, however, began through a personal challenge.
During high school, I suffered a concussion from a soccer injury that left me struggling with constant daily headaches. Like many people facing a health issue, I was searching for answers and simply wanted to feel like myself again. After trying different approaches, chiropractic care was the one thing that truly helped me heal and regain my quality of life.
That experience changed everything.
For the first time, I witnessed the body’s incredible ability to heal when given the right support. It opened my eyes to a natural, proactive approach to healthcare and inspired me to pursue a career where I could help others experience that same kind of healing and hope.
That passion led me to Palmer College of Chiropractic, where I graduated in 2017. During chiropractic school, I became involved in the sports council and had the opportunity to work with athletes of all ages. My background in dance and sports gave me a unique appreciation for movement, recovery, and performance, and I loved helping active individuals stay healthy and continue doing the activities they enjoy.
While I enjoyed working with athletes, everything truly came together when I began practicing in a family-centered office focused on prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care.
It was there that I discovered my true calling.
I became passionate about supporting women throughout pregnancy, helping children thrive as they grow and develop, and educating families about the power of proactive, natural healthcare. I love helping people shift their perspective on health—from simply reacting to symptoms to creating a foundation for lifelong wellness from the very beginning.
Today, my mission is simple: to create a warm, welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, cared for, and empowered on their health journey. Whether I’m caring for a newborn, supporting an expectant mother, or helping someone return to the activities they love, I am grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
That journey ultimately led me to Adjust NRV, and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of this incredible team and community. Every day, I look forward to coming to work, connecting with patients, and helping families achieve their health goals.
Looking back, it’s clear that chiropractic changed my life. What began as a search for healing after an injury became a lifelong calling. It is truly an honor to help others experience the same healing, hope, and support that first inspired me all those years ago.
