Committed to Helping Others: Meet Madison
Madison Riggio grew up in a small town in West Virginia as a triplet. She shares her birthday with two brothers and sports were a big part of her life growing up. Madison recalled, “Playing various sports as a kid, I quickly learned the importance of movement, recovery, and taking care of my body.” She is currently a senior at Virginia Tech studying biological sciences with a minor in integrative health and wellness.
Her introduction to chiropractic care came early—thanks to her uncle, who is their family chiropractor. “His passion for helping others inspired me from a young age and sparked my interest in the field,” said Madison. Her next steps are very clear, “I’ve set my sights on completing my undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech and then earning my doctorate at Palmer Chiropractic in Florida.” She cites her biggest underlying motivation as the dream of being a parent and a provider, finding fulfillment through success, and making a difference in people’s lives. Those sound like excellent core drivers to us!
An Introduction to Adjust NRV
Through her studies at Virginia Tech, Madison has gained a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and how vital it is in the healing process. She indicates this has reinforced her belief in chiropractic care—not only for its physical benefits but for the holistic approach it takes toward overall well-being.
As Madison began to prepare for her educational pursuits at Palmer College of Chiropractic, her path intersected with ours. A family friend and longtime patient of ours suggested that Madison should visit. “After just one day of shadowing, I was immediately drawn in—not just by Dr.Brooke’s professionalism, but by the way he truly connects with his patients.” She said that she knew right away that Adjust NRV was a place where she could grow, learn, and further develop her passion for chiropractic care.
Madison said, “Seeing how Dr. Logan Brooke builds personal relationships with his patients has shown me that care goes beyond adjustments; the trust and connection he fosters are just as important to the healing process.” We are grateful that she has gotten this first-hand experience seeing how central relationships and connections are to the work of chiropractic care!
A Bright Future Ahead
Since joining Adjust NRV, Madison shared that her life has changed for the better. “The mentorship I’ve received has been invaluable, and the wellness care I have received has helped me stay at my best, physically and mentally,” she shared. Her feedback is the highest praise we can hope for from a patient!
At Adjust NRV, we believe in "building a world where the vast majority of us wake up inspired for better health," which is our Just Cause. For Madison, that means leading by example, sharing her knowledge and experiences, and offering support and encouragement to those looking to improve their well-being. She explained, “Whether it's through movement, recovery, or mindset, I’m committed to helping others live healthier, happier lives.” Without question, Madison is on the right path for a career and life that inspires and positively impacts others!
We have thoroughly enjoyed having Madison shadow in our office and support our team! We wish her the very best as she concludes her education at Virginia Tech and prepares to continue her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic.
